Thank you for sharing our vision and being an integral part of the launch of our innovative thermal dish! Thank you for your interest, your order, and your patience.

We’ve experienced an unprecedented response that has exceeded the capacity of our supplier, and we are working diligently to ramp up production. While we’re making every effort to accelerate this process, scaling up responsibly to meet our standards of quality will take a bit of time.

As a result, shipments originally estimated for January/February are now scheduled for April/May. Orders placed before December 10th are expected to ship in April, with subsequent orders following in May.

This additional time has also allowed us to implement a key enhancement to the thermal dish: the introduction of a food-safe ceramic coating on the interior. This upgrade improves thermal performance, ensuring your dishes stay at the perfect temperature for even longer.

We’re confident that these improvements will elevate your hosting experience, and we’re so grateful for your patience and trust as we work to deliver serveware that truly transforms the way you entertain.
