Returns are only accepted for items that are unused and in their original packaging. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used — a standard policy across the cookware industry to ensure all customers receive products in brand-new condition.
To submit return requests, follow this link to our returns portal. Follow the prompts until completion.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs & a $4 handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: Host Modern is not liable for packages lost, stolen or damaged during return transit. For items lost, stolen or damaged during transit, Host Modern will not issue refunds. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
International purchases are not eligible for returns and are final sale.
Lost or damaged packages: if your package is lost or damaged during transit from our facility to you, you can begin a claim through our claims portal. Note: Host Modern is not liable for packages lost, stolen or damaged during return transit. For items lost, stolen or damaged during transit, Host Modern will not issue refunds. Refunds and Exchanges After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Exceptions Products that have been misused, mishandled, modified or subjected to improper care that results in damage determined not to be the result of a manufacturing defect will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit your request by following this link to our returns portal.
