To say I am impressed with my order is an understatement! The size of these containers and their ability to do just what they say - keep things hot or cold - is even better than I anticipated. The glass baking dish is a great size and you can use the insulated containers with or without it. I bought 3 of each and am considering purchasing more for Christmas gifts! 100% recommend!

Can I use a heat microwave pack instead of warming it up with hot water
Outstanding heat retention! We own 4 of the thermal serving dishes. Pre-heat the Host thermal serving dish with hot water before putting the food tray in and it keeps the food warm for 2 hours! Great product and so much simpler than setting up chaffing dishes. Perfect when grilling for 14 hungry folks!
