I ordered 1yr ago and they promised that when they received the material to make it woukd be shipped. I pretty much gave up. But low and behold, to my pleasant surprise, I received it! Its a high quality product and im glad I finally received it
The "Thermal Serving Dish" is so amazing, I now own 12! I bought 3 initially, and 9 more recently. Whether hosting at home, catering or heading to the beach, these have been a real game-changer for my family and I.

I really like the quality and style. I like that that it is deeper than my past insulated tempuserve s. The only downside is that a regular glass 9x 13 does not fit in it. I had to buy their glass dish.

I bought three at one time and I took them to a water park. I put nacho cheese in two of them and my cheese stayed hot the first hour and was warm the next hour, I was satisfied on how everything turned out.
We purchased two recently and used one during a party this past weekend. We had a queso dip in a aluminum tray, that we placed in the thermal serving dish and it stayed hot the entire party. Looking forward to using these many more times.
This was a gift for my daughter, along with the original set and she loves this set and uses it all the time.
While I appreciate the product, I was quite disappointed with the delivery timeframe and the delay in receiving my glass dishes. I ordered three of the modern dishes, and they arrived in two weeks. However, I placed an order for the glass inserts, which took two months and a half to arrive. Despite these issues, the product functions as described, maintaining the temperature of the food and providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
This was a gift.
