Its very well designed and built. Not just a "bag". Its got a metal bar in the top opening like a heavy duty tool bag. Superb. If you wanna show up at the party with the elite setup. This is it.

Great concept and really great effort at execution. There's one design tweak I would suggest. You should put a small vent in the lid, similar to a thermal cup, because the pressure inside doesn't not allow for the lid to completely close. If you add a small vent you can open the vent to close the lid and the lid will go completely down and seal as intended. Then you can close the vent to maintain the heat.
Was a little leary when I purchased this! We gave it a try on Thanksgiving and found that it kept our sliced turkey nice and warm! The product is great!

Very nice can't wait to use them. The tote looks very sturdy and will make it great to travel with food.
I was excited to use my new host dishes for Thanksgiving and they did not disappointed. While they’re heavy, the cushioned legs keep the dish off the table. Both foods I served in the dishes stayed warm and they looked nice on our formal dining room table.
This system works well for hot and cold items. My family has a few hours in the car with food every holiday and we still have to use oven mitts to get our stuff out! If you are hauling hot and cold items, be sure to separate them if you are using the carrier and do keep in mind that putting the lid on hot items does have a steam effect. My only complaint with the entire system is how heavy they are — it’s a real lift to take them places but they keep so so so well!
Very nice set, works as expected as long as you use it like it was intended. Make sure that you do read instructions and heat it up with water for 3 to 5 minutes to hold the heat for longer. It’s also very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing when taking to places or simply using at your house to serve food. I would buy a second set but it is quite expensive.
