Our warranty protects your purchase against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 Year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Return of the damaged item may be required. Claims without photographic evidence or instances where the item has been discarded are not eligible and will not be covered.
Products that have been misused, mishandled, modified, or subjected to improper care that results in damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty coverage applies only within the country of delivery and cannot be supported outside of the original country of purchase. Customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, and/or shipping costs associated with warranty claims.Warranty claims can be initiated through our warranty portal.
