Both are built to the Thermal Serving Dish's exact dimensions — which is why nothing else quite does their job.
Bake & serveBake at up to 450°F, then drop the whole thing into the insulated dish and press the lid on. No transfer, no second pan to wash.

Why it has to be this one
The Glass Baking Dish was engineered to the inside of the Thermal Serving Dish, not to a pan size someone else picked. Glass in, lid pressed on, insulation does the rest.

One thing to know: the Thermal Serving Dish measures 10 × 12.5 × 4.25". Host Modern's Glass Baking Dish is made to fit it. Baking dishes from other brands are not.

Yes, if you want to bake and serve in one vessel. The Thermal Serving Dish measures 10 × 12.5 × 4.25" and the Host Modern Glass Baking Dish is built to that. A baking dish from another brand won't sit flush, and the lid won't press on properly.
