We got our trays a month ago and just used them for the first time yesterday for Father’s Day and we were so impressed. We used them to hold breakfast burritos for the whole team and not only did it keep them warm during the duration of practice (2 hours) but it kept warm for another 2 hours after. Would highly recommend
My new Host Modern setup was perfect for a double header party day. Two grandsons in separate locations had back to back parties and both wanted grandmas fruit. Normally I would have brought plastic wrapped bowls or trays in the back of my car and it would be sticky and warm upon arrival and inevitably dripped on my outfit. But with my new host modern in hand I brought chilled fresh clean fruit that looked and tasted great! Unfortunately I did not take a photo before the boys dug into it. I love this addition to my kitchen and plan to use them frequently!!
I was very excited to receive my package. It was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The serving containers look sleek and modern. The covers are very spill proof. The food stayed hot. I love it! Thank you Host Modern for all the effort you put into making this product.
I bought this Host Modern Serve Dish to upgrade my outdoor BBQ setup, and it did not disappoint. As you can see from my photos, we went all out: grilled steak, pineapple shrimp skewers, charred onions—you name it. This dish held everything like a champ.
First off, the size is perfect. It easily fit multiple steaks and a mountain of skewers without crowding. No sauce spillover, no awkward balancing—just clean, solid functionality.
Second, the build quality is phenomenal. It’s sturdy without being bulky, and it held up great under the weight of hot food right off the grill. Bonus: it didn’t stain or warp even after we brought it inside and reused it for leftovers.
Third, it looks good. Whether it’s sitting next to the grill or on your kitchen counter, it gives everything a modern, polished vibe. It’s sleek enough for entertaining but casual enough for everyday use.
Honestly, this dish made cookout cleanup easier and kept everything organized and hot without sacrificing style. Highly recommend for anyone who hosts (or grills) regularly.
First impressions: modern and sleek. The interior design choice is spot on, and it feels great in the hands—solid construction all around. You can tell a lot of thought, care, and probably some blood, sweat, and tears went into getting this right. Most importantly, it worked exactly as advertised!
I saw that my package had shipped and then said I had received it. With a couple of emails, Gary confirmed my address and what day and time it was delivered. It had been left at a different door than normally used, so I didn't no it was there. Even with some rain this week, the package was sealed very well and the inside boxes and serving dishes were undamaged.

We backed this project on Kickstarter. Thought it was a brilliant idea from the time I saw it. We received the three pack and was amazed with the quality. The dishes are bigger than what I had imagined which is awesome so we can fit more food in the container. The only thing that I would change with the product would be to give a little bit more of a lip where the lid opens to make opening a little easier. Other than that, we love the product
I have done so many Kickstarters that never materialize... Host Modern is the complete opposite of this trend. Not only did my dish arrive but it looks so much better than the concepts did on the campaign. We've used the dish twice so far and absolutely loved it. It keeps its promises and our food stayed warm for hours! I couldn't believe steam was still coming off of a breakfast entree even after sitting out with the lid off for 2 hours. Clean up is a breeze. I have been loving my dish so much that I am already planning on giving them to my friends and family as gifts this Christmas. Well done Host Modern. Looking forward to whats next from this great brand in the making.

My Host Modern arrived and couldn’t be happier. I cooked some steak and chicken fajitas, put the meat back into the host modern and we ate warm fajitas the rest of the day. Works like a charm! Can’t wait for the next bbque!

So I saw this product on kickstarter and it just came in a few days ago and I can already tell this thing is a Game changer!!! The packaging was sleek and well thought out. The dish is heavy and you tell it's quality just by holding it. I made these awesome little shepheds pie puff pastries at my house, put them in the Host modern and sealed the top, waiting 20 minutes for my wife to get ready, brought them to a party and served them right away and they tasted like they just came out of the oven. It's like a Yeti for food. I have 3 kids that wake up at different times, so I made breakfast for the early riser, put the rest into the Host Modern dish and the breakfast stayed for over an hour for my oldest son when he got up. Awesome product. I'd give it 6 stars if they let me!
